Setting up for success in a new year!

Setting up your New Years Resolutions? Running a self attended retrospective (or with the dependable spouse) to see what worked in 2024 and what changes to make in 2025?  January is a perfect and intutive time to let the imagination run.  I'm ready to share what has come out of the brainstorm sessions and hope these may help you in your future.

1. Retrospective? In 2024, we embraced the decision to prioritize in-person events, offering customers the opportunity to experience and purchase our tangible products directly on-site.  We also recognized that participating in 21 events within a single year is a significant undertaking for a startup. Additionally, scheduling multiple events on consecutive weekends proved to be particularly demanding and exhausting.

2. Changes? For 2025, we are streamlining our approach by limiting in-person events to 12. This adjustment allows us to dedicate sufficient time to crafting a diverse selection of plushies, ensuring our customers have a wide variety to choose from.

3. In 2025, we are excited to introduce online purchasing options for some of our most popular items, including chickens, axolotls, and sea turtles. Check out our Etsy store - https://ncbagofholding.etsy.com

4. In 2025, we will be taking two planned hiatuses from sales. The first hiatus will occur in January and February, allowing us to replenish our inventory following a successful Winter season. The second hiatus will take place in June and July.  We appreciate your understanding and look forward to connecting with you at any of the events planned throughout the year.
